[3.22a] Packges not being removed from sessions when removed via package editor

So if you open a package in the package editor and then remove it by right clicking the tab and deleting, the package is not removed from the sessions package list, steps to reproduce:
1 - Create new blank session
2 - Open Package Editor
3 - Click File>Open in Package Editor
4 - Select a package and click open
5 - Newly open package is showin in editor
6 - Right click on newly opened packages tab in editor and select delete tab
7 - Click Yes on do you want to remove package from session
8 - Close CMUD
9 - Start CMUD again and open session
10 - The package is back in the settings again
