[3.21]BUG: Sorting forces case sensitivity in database variables

If you sort a database variable, it forces it into Case Sensitive mode. It might have happened in 3.20, too... not sure.

1. Untitled session, on command line, type #ADDKEY TestDB Key1 Testing
2. Add a second key with #ADDKEY TestDB Key2 Testing
3. Show case insensitivity works by typing #SAY {@TestDB.kEY1}
4. Open up Settings Editor, select the variable, and change Sort from None to Alphabetically.
5. Save changes.
6. Back to command line, show case insensitivity no longer works by repeating step 3.

I was confused as to why some of my scripts were no longer working until I came across this. The only way to get it to work again is to remove sorting.
