[3.20] Bug: subwindow captions do not display

All of my subwindows were not displaying the caption value, as configured in the editor, after upgrading to 3.20.
I had to delete out the caption and then put it in again before it would redisplay. Just adding and deleting a space, for instance, wasn't enough (possibly because the text hadn't "changed", even though I could resave the settings).

Confirmed and added to bug list. I have no idea what changed to cause this, so thanks for the report.
