ANSI code with editor to .txt form.

I used editor like this often in zMUD, I copy+pasted MUD(PK-fights) into my editor, I ticked the box which allowed my ansi code to be saved in a .txt (save with color) then paste the insides of the .txt to zmud and get my message colored to a board, how do I do that in cMUD?

Been a while since I tried it, but in CMUD, you select the File/Save As and then in the "Save as Type" dropdown, you change it from Text Files to ANSI Files. That lets you save the ANSI contents of the editor, if that is what you are asking.

When you color text in the CMUD Editor, you can still copy and paste it into the command line to preserve the color. To send the color to the MUD you'll need to configure the Color Syntax preferences like in zMUD.
