[3.16b] Button colors resetting

Ok, this is a minor bug but anyway...

If you change some of the three button colors on the "Options" tab on a button and then start changing one of the other properties before saving you loose your choices - the colors reset to the value they had before. It happens as you type the first letter or check/uncheck something.

Another thing that is probably a bug is that when I change focus to another application and then click the colorpicer before I change focus back to the editor the window disappears. It doesn't close though but the main window receives focus instead. For other items like checkboxes, etc. it works fine - it's just the colorpicker that seems to be a little buggy.

Huh, that's weird, all right. I confirm both issues.

Sounds related to the "stay on top" bugs in Windows. Because the Editor is not set to "stay on top", Windows gives the main application window the higher z-order. The ColorPicker window is a built-in Windows dialog and acts similar to an error-box which tries to stay on top of the application window, which causes the z-order of other windows to get screwed up. I've messed with this kind of stuff for years and never found a solution for it.

On the issue with the colors resetting, that sounds weird, but I've confirmed it and added it to the bug list.
