Tick in Five Seconds

Help! I am getting a message that says "tick in five seconds' every five seconds and I cannot figure out how to turn it off! How do I turn it off!

via the #TIMER command. If you already have the tick timer set up how you want it, just right click on the tick timer and there should be a menu option to open up the tick timer window. There's a tick timer margin value you can set there, and if I recall there's a checkbox or other indication of how to not show the message at all.
