Prefix in editor

Every time I enter a prefix it deletes itself when I click out of the box. I even tried putting in all of my content, and then typing the prefix and hitting send so it wouldn't delete and it still didn't send the prefix. I know that prefix was selected, etc... so I'm not sure what I was doing wrong. Could someone test this out on theirs?

With the prefix toolbar open, when I click Send on the toolbar, the prefix box goes blank. So something's up.
