[3.14a] Adding new portal in mapper: RecordIndex out of range.

When I try to add a new Portal in the mapper I get a 'RecordIndex out of range.' exception. I don't have any portals in there at the moment. Let me know if I can provide any information.

exception message : RecordIndex out of range.
