[3.12] Bug? Package Tabs switched names |
First of all, I can't confirm that this actually happened; I might just be crazy. Has anyone experienced their package tabs in their settings switching names? I'm not saying that they just changed their order, but that they swapped names entirely. Unfortunately, I have no clue when or how this happened. I'd just like to know if anyone else has had this happened to them.

I had it happen once or twice, but that was before I pushed all the packages through the export process and got rid of lingering corruption issues. Back when I first installed 3.12, I could barely even open up the session without crashing CMud even though there were hardly any AVs at all using version 3.10.

If you right-click on a tab you can rename it. Normally the name of the tab comes from the name of the package stored in memory. I suppose if memory gets corrupted then this could change. But I've never seen it happen in any of my MUD sessions here.

Confirmed that this is still happening. Even after a complete uninstall of cmud, and settings imported from XML only. Unfortunately, I STILL can't figure out exactly what causes it to happen. The times it has happened though, it's after I've been switching back and forth between my packages using the search function; I'll close the package editor and when I re-open it the package names are switched. If anyone can keep an eye out for this bug, I'd appreciate it.

Sometimes the wrong packages are being shown for their tabs, as well. I'll open up my package editor and both tabs will lead to the exact same package. Other times one will show one of the default packages. Closing the package editor and opening it again seems to fix this issue. Still trying to figure out if there's something that explicitly causes this behavior. Going to try deleting/importing again.
