I can't seem to get the proxy to work...
 
I keep putting in SOCK4 and SOCK5 proxies...
and I tried a couple of telnet...Some of them are saying that they connect...
but then nothing else shows up.

Any ideas?

You need to tell us more about what kind of proxy server you are using. Keep in mind that if you just have a HTTP (Web) Proxy, you cannot use Telnet/MUD sessions over an HTTP Proxy. Your server needs to either support SOCKS or have a specific telnet proxy running.
