Hi, I need some help.
I was starting zmud and got the 90day auto-renew message,
so I just clicked on install licence like I always do.
(I've been using zmud 7.04 since it was released, because I like it,
and never really felt the need to upgrade :P)
Anyway, I got this message:

Unable to get or install a license.
Retrieval of license failed with error code = 16.
The availability of licenses for this Order ID has expired.

Anyone know what's wrong?

I tried to install the 7.21 version, but need the new kind of registration key,
and i can't get that when i can't get in with my old licence :/

It means you cannot use 7.04 ever again. This part won't change (elicense is no longer used, ergo there's no zuggsoft.com account to keep track of old license numbers), so you'll have to go to 7.21, but you don't need your old license. You can go to the zuggstore and request a new license, which will be sent to the email on file. This license is valid for a grand total of 7 days from the day of issuance, so if you did not apply the license in that time you'll have to get another one.

If for some reason you don't have access to the email address on file, send an email (you will receive zero help via other methods, due to security and privacy issues) to sales@zuggsoft.com or support@zuggsoft.com. Once verified, they can easily change your email on file to get you back into play. Keep in mind that the decision is entirely up to Zugg/Chiara, so if they say no you're going to be out of luck and will need to purchase a new license to continue using zmud.
