No scripting exp
 
Configuring triggers and such, it appears is not automatic, the way it is in other clients. I don't see any "substitute" fields or anything like that. So if I'm correct, Cmud is catered to the scripting crowd?

More or less, but a lot of it (like subs) can be pretty simple.

There is a trigger wizard, however, that could be of use to you. I'm not at my computer, or I'd walk you through it. But for subs, you'd do:

#TRIGGER {whatever you're subbing} {#SUB {whatever it is subbed with}}

Pretty simple, eh?
