Hyperlink default

Any way to change what web browser cmud opens sites in that you click? Can't seem to get it to open them in anything other than Internet Explorer 8 despite IE 8 not having any of its defaults set other than .url which it won't eem to allow me to unset.

CMUD uses whatever your Default Web Browser is set to in Windows. You can Google search for how to properly set your default browser to something other than IE. Works fine for me with Firefox. But I know it can sometimes be tricky to change all of the settings for the default web browser.

In Vista it was pretty simple though: Select the "Default Programs" option in the Start menu, then click on Firefox (or whatever browser) and click "Set as Default"

Hmm, had tried setting oper and firefox as default that way, both times it continued opening IE 8. Necessary to close cmud and reopen it after making the change perhaps?

EDIT: Nope, closed 3.11, downloaded 3.12, tried, opened in IE 8.

Reboot Windows?? Sorry I can't help much more. You'll just need to Google search this some more. I have Firefox on the same computer as IE 8 on both Vista and XP and don't have any problem. It's definitely the association with .url files that you need to get changed though.
