[3.10a] Suggestion: Dont Login-Trigger for guests

An Idea:
Dont prompt for the auto-login-trigger for character names that are called:
"guest"
or "gast" (German)
since that pop-up is just annoying, because guest-accounts are never asked for a password. |

Unfortunately, that will be very MUD dependent, so there really isn't anything CMUD can do about this. Just click the "Dont ask again" button in the autologin popup. As you already mentioned, the username will depend upon the language, and I don't want to hard-code special cases like this into CMUD.
