[Fixed] [3.09 Pro] Difficulty adding zone hierarchy when the list is long

Say I want to create a zone hierarchy by dragging zoneA under zoneB. If I have more zones than can be displayed this gets difficult because the list won't automatically pan when I'm dragging. So if zoneA is at the top of the list and zoneB is at the bottom of the list, you can start dragging zoneA, but since you have a long list you can't see zoneB to drag it to. Since there is no auto scrolling you are pretty much stuck.

The only way I've gotten around this is to rename the zone to be similar to the zone I'm placing it under. That way I can sort the list and then have them both on the same screen visible. However this is a very round-about way of accomplishing something that shouldn't be that difficult.

(Additionally can it save the way the list is sorted? If I turn on "Sort by Name" can it stay on permanently between Cmud restarts?)

Can I add to this: It seems that the only way to remove a zone from a hierarchy (ie, make it have no parent) is to drag it to the blank area at the top of the list.. It would be nice if the bottom of the list worked too, and perhaps an area right to one/either side of the list as well?

Not so related: The position of the divider between the panels and the map isn't saved between sessions..

Much better in 3.10. Keeps the list sort option perfectly and allows scrolling to reach out of window items. Thanks!
