[Fixed] [3.09 Pro] Access Violation after pulling up properties.

I can no longer bring up room properties. I've tried a dozen different times in a dozen different ways... I've tried resetting the layout and exporting/importing my package. Nothing I do will allow me to pull up the properties anymore.

Instructions:

1) Start Cmud and create a new session, 'test'.
2) Enter 'test' off-line.
3) Pull up the map by clicking the map button
4) Put the map in edit mode and create a box.
5) Right click on the room you created and select 'Properties'
5) File -> Close All (Access violation shown below)

Edit: I must have had another error in one of my files because I re-created my data directory and the properties now pulls up, but the access violation still happens.
