Import zmud text file with triggers/dirs etc in CMUD?

Hi I just downloaded CMUD for Vista. I am not too familiar with it yet. I have an old TXT file filled with zmud triggers, directions and such. Is it possible to import this into CMUD?
Anyone knows?

Just paste it onto the command line and hit enter. Beware that some things are different though.
