[3.08] Room Scripts Deleted

So I just did a complete reformat/reinstall, etc. Anyways, I formerly had my map file in its own package, and shared that package with the connections I wanted using it. However, things went a little haywire when I tried to get my layout right again. So I ended up just deleting the package from the harddrive and created a new package and placed my map file back in there. However, all my room scripts have been deleted now.

Essentially to reproduce this, make a map, place it in its own package. Create a few room scripts. Now delete that package from the HD. Make a new package, import that map again, no room scripts.

That is normal. Under 3.xx, room scripts are actually stored in packages and can be edited in the package editor. By default, room scripts are contained under the Map object. So, if you delete that, you delete all the scripts under it.

You can move or create room scripts in other locations if you choose.

Well it is a departure from the former convention so it certainly struck me as odd. Being as most people will be use to the former storage of room scripts safely in their map file, this might be an issue. Luckily I still have my backup so it is isn't anything catastrophic for me.
