[3.08] Locations access error

1. Start cMUD
2. Hit Escape to close MUD Session Window
3. View->Locations
4. Press the "New" button.
5. "Access violation" error is displayed |

Confirmed and added to bug list. Thanks Rorso, that's just the kind of bug that I want to fix for the public version. It looks like a map object is not created yet. If you click the Map button to open a blank map first and then create a new location then it doesn't crash.

Confirmed. Locations assumes there's a map file to access, and in this scenario there isn't.
