[3.06] labeling new rooms

This only seems to affect rooms created with the new room tool.
Open the map in a blank session.
Create a room with the toolbar utility.
Right click on the new room --> Label --> I used middle.
Nothing happens the first time*, the second time the prompt to enter a title comes up.
*If this is done in a made session, on a working mapper configuration made room, the first time will use the room name as the label instead of prompting the user for a new label (with the name as default). |

Sounds like it's just not refreshing the map display properly. I'll add this to the bug list.
