I know there is probably an easy way to do this, but when I first started playing the MUD I turned off the auto-login. Is there a way to turn this on again?

Try to select the MUD in the list when zMUD open, and click the Edit button. Then on the Character tab check if"Automatically use this character name and password to log in" is active.
