Mapper Question.

I use the mapper on SLOW walk because I find it keeps my current position more accurate. The problem I've run into though is that there's an area that has about 4 rooms, all with the same name, and start with the same description. The last line of the description changes, as does the exits. However it doesn't appear that the mapper understands that and when I walk around those rooms, it does change my position.

Is there a way around it?

Not automatically. CMUD checks the Room Names and the First Lind of room description to tell the difference. I think for Phase 2 of the mapper rewrite is to include exits when considering room uniqueness (if not Zugg you can consider it requested Very Happy ).

Until then you can probably use room scripts to detect where you're trying to and programmatically set the room. #MOVE, #OKand the room functions should give you all the info you need.
