[3.05] #T+ and #T- in external packages

I've got a script for capturing inventory information. It uses #T+ and #T- to toggle a (*) catchall trigger between the tags {inv} and {/inv}. When I put this script in an external package, the #T+ and #T- functionality that enables/disables the catchall trigger ceases to work. #T+ and #T- doesn't appear to affect triggers outside of the primary package whether entered from the command-line or triggered from within the script's package. What's the deal? I've tried setting the package to Global and External and neither changed the behavior.

It works just fine for me. Is the name of this trigger unique across all your packages? Perhaps you need to give it a unique ID.
