Map question..

I use %zonename, %zonenum + %roomname, %roomvnum with no arguments, indicating current zone # + name, room # + name on my status window
Some occasions I'll be able to have the mapper follow after running somewhere, but when I do 1 or 2 steps.. it doesnt sync sometiems for longer than 2+ ticks.. why is this? I'm just wondering out loud.. :) |

Well it depends on whether or not the mapper has received the #OK confirmation as yet. Other things like step delay may be a factor. There was another thread discussing this a few weeks back but %roomname (and very likely the others) don't get updated until the onRoomEntered event for that room has been raised.
