[2.37] Old bug reoccurring: PE package tabs getting stuck on one package

This used to happen months ago, then was fixed. Its now reoccurring with such frequency CMUD has become unusable.

I open the PE, use it for a short time, and eventually (after a minute or two) it will get stuck on one package-tab. I can click on other tabs and it appears to select it, but the main PE field info continues to display the original tab.
If I try to create a setting while this is occurring (i.e. New>New trigger or similar) nothing gets created.

CLosing and reopening the PE does not fix this, but closing and restarting CMUD does. When this happens, any settings I have tried to create appear as blank triggers or whatever it was I tried to create.

This is still occurring after two reinstalls of CMUD (complete reinstalls) and on the second one I also did not use any pre-existing packages - I'd exported the whole lot to xml and then imported them after the new reinstall.

This is also no longer on my computer with XP-64 bit that has caused bugs in the past. This is with standard XP, which until today has been running CMUD with impressive stability.

Any ideas?

I also just discovered that my export-import process caused a duplicate of EVERY trigger to be created. :( Took me half an hour to do that export/import as well. I really do wish there was a faster way to go through that process. I'll investigate that and bug it as a separate bug if I can reproduce it.

I think I'll also try the beta version and see if this works in that.

I've reposted this to the beta forum as the problem exists in the beta version as well.
