Help with string lists

Hi everyone. I know this question has probably been beat to death, but ive searched a bit in the past posts and couldnt find what I was looking for, if im repeating this please forgive me and let me know where to find the answer you saw in the forum, but for now here goes.

Im trying to create something that I would be able to use as a list, what im trying to do is this. Type an alias like enemy1 and it would load some defences but most importantly a list would be made that would go from the bottom to the top and then start from the top again once it reached the bottom.

For example I could make an alias that would give a variable string list a name like poisons1 and populate it with poisons like toxin1 toxin2 toxin3 and so on, then make a macro that points to the variable (if that’s the best option) like this: get @StringListItem put @StringListItem on dagger stab @target

I think I could do it with state triggers and #T, but it seems sloppy. Any suggestions and examples would be very appreciated, thanks in advance.
