Weirdness with command line and active window.... |
Not sure exactly how this happened, but one of my child windows was active while I was typing on the command line. The command line sent it to the main window as expected, but the preferences for the child window were active on that command line (for instance, my child window as default settings, whereas my main window has spelling disabled). When I typed in a word, the spellchecker kicked in. That confused me for a minute, because I know I have it disabled. So I went to preferences and saw everything was set to default. Then I looked at the title bar and saw it was for my child window.
I'm able to reproduce this in the current session by clicking on the child window (it's floating, not docked) and being able to still type on the command line. *shrug* Just think it's odd.
