a question about the priority setting for each trigger

I want to know how to make something checked before something else by changing the priority number.
For example, would:

priorty 6400

happen before:

priority 15560

The lower numbers coming before the higher numbers? Asking because I could easily have a couple triggers off the same thing but with 2 different priority settings one is going to go into affect before the other one runs..

Yes, lower == sooner.

Priority
This is the order in which triggers are executed. The smaller priority numbers are executed first. CMUD automatically adds space between priority numbers to make adding new triggers more efficient. So you shouldn't normally care about the exact priority numeric value. It's usually easier to drag/drop triggers in the main settings tree view to change priorities relative to other triggers.
