Steps to reproduce:
Open up the help file, enter "path" in the search box and hit search.
About two thirds of the way down the list of topics is the topic "Settings".
Attempt to click on it and the focus jumps to "Create/Modify Settings" which is a few entries above (and presumably a redirect for "Settings").

This obviously isn't mission critical, but it's confusing and annoying when it happens. Better would be to not show pages which are simply redirects when searching.
