Problem with uploading to package library

I'm trying to upload a bunch of scripts to the package library and while I can select the file on my computer, open it in a blank session and then use it fine, when I upload it to the servers and then redownload it and select it from the packages folder I only get a blank window without any settings. I am doing get latest from library before I download, saving it before uploading, ect. The package is called "etah's toolbox" and any suggestions would be appreciated.
