I am running Zmud version 7.21 on XP sp3.

the zmud itself is doing fine, except the map button,
every time i pressed map button, it prompts that I need to install MDAC and JET database drivers to run the mapper.

but after checking/downloading checking programs, I found out both drivers are installed with the latest version.

any one have any idea what is going on and advice on how to solve the problem?

btw, i am sure it is not my zmud's problem, coz when i downloaded the trial version of zmapper, it prompted me the same message.

First port of call would be to make sure that they really are installed properly - easiest way to do that is to uninstall them and then reinstall them. Presumably there's some kind of download somewhere for them.
