From the settings page, select everything you want to export and then use the 'File/Export text' menu item to save to a text file. Others should be able to import from that text file.
If you really want to export everything, you can use the Settings/Export from the main window instead of opening the settings window. |

Or, if you have each script in its own class (I HIGHLY recommend this) you can select the class folder and change tabs, then COPY, and paste from that. Not cut.
