[3.01] Consistent crash, related to tracking None in Room Properties window

The following procedure consistently crashes Cmud for me. Apparently there is a firewall preventing me from submitting crash reports.
In offline mode (my mud is still down), I open the Mapper window
I open the Room Properties window
In the Room Properties window, I select 'None' from the pulldown on the lower left corner
I close the Room Properties window and the Mapper window
I open the Mapper window again
Cmud crashes
