CMUD bug with LPMuds?

I use CMUD for a while playing an LPmud (Ancient Anguish), but recently I had to reinstall it due to a locking problem. Since this reinstall, the colours aren't displayed. Instead it displays control codes like <27>[0;32m190<27>[0m:<27>[0;32m206<27>[0m>. I turned ansi off, which minimalizes codes a bit, but still everything I send gets prefixed with <27>[2z.

I don't use any special stuff on CMUD like paths, triggers or anything.

Anyone know what causes this?

Thanks in advance.
Ronald

Go into your Preferences and click on the Session tab on the left. Make sure the "Display Control Codes" option is turned OFF and the "Emulate control codes" option is turned ON. Also turn on the "ANSI Color" option. Not sure how these options would have gotten turned off, but that should solve your problem.

This solved it, though I have no idea how that setting changed.

Maybe it was caused by this... Everytime I upgrade or install Zmud or CMUD, the exists are captured to another window, and I dislike that since it's not working well for LPMUDS it seems. I succeeded to disable it every time again, but I never can remember what setting that exactly is. Who knows I changed those first settings while trying to disable the exit capture.

Thanks for the help though, I can play my mud a lot better again ;)
