sound problem

I have an interesting problem with sounds. I've transferred my files from another computer to my new computer, and something in the mix won't let my sounds work.
they work sometimes, but not all the time, id like to say they work when the window is active, but doesn't seem to be the case all the time.
anybody know what needs to be fixed? |
