Field checking - friend email address
 
There doesn't seem to be any validity checking on friend email addresses.

I was able to define a friend named "aaa" with an email address of "bbb" without being warned of a potential problem.

A quick regexp check might be worthwhile to catch typos.

OK, added a check for that. And yes, if it gives an error it doesn't clear the name/email field so you can re-enter it.

I also added an email check in the Edit Friend page.

I already had a simple email validation check routine that I was using in the registration form code, so it was easy to add that to the Friends pages.
