creating account, cleared fields

(looked, but didn't see this in the existing comments)
When signing up, I left the state blank on thes form with name, address, etc.
The site correctly told me I was missing data when I hit the submit button. However, it also cleared the other fields on the page when it bounced me back to enter the state.
Preferred: bounce me back to the page but repopulate the data I've already entered.
