New max-width and graphics
 
I have updated the graphics banner at the top with the new version that uses properly paid-for images without the iStockPhoto watermarks.

At the same time, I'm experimenting with the relatively new "max-width" property in CSS. This limits the width of the site to the width of the banner graphic. The site still scales for smaller browser windows, but no longer scales to huge widths. I think this makes the site a bit easier to read, but I'm open to opinions.
