Problem logging on to a session

I open a session and the mud displays a list of options:

Quote:
1. Enter the game
2. Create a new character
3. Quit

Enter an option or enter your character's name. >

Here's my problem:

Cmud seems to be selecting an option for me because I automatically get,
"What is the name you are known by? >
(Option 1 preselected for me).

I am new to Cmud and last used Zmud around 10 years ago. I'm pretty much a newb again. lol

Thanks in advance.

It could also be that the autologin wizard has been completed and the triggers are activated and sending the 1. Click the little gun in the bottom right of the CMUD window so that it has a red cross through it, then quit the mud and do a File\Reconnect if the 1 doesn't get filled in then you definitely have a trigger that is sending the 1.

Look for an "OnConnect" event that might be sending this. The Autolog wizard will create this event to fill in that initial answer. In the old zMUD days it would create an "atconnect" Alias, but that has been changed to the "OnConnect" event trigger.

That worked. It was in the settings package editor. I deleted that and it works again.

Thanks for the help.
