Question regarding MXP user elements

I've found that user-defined elements disappear on quit. Is there a way to mark them as permanent or do I have to reload them each time CMUD comes up?

You have to recreate them each time. I would suggest putting together the elements as a series of #MXP commands and putting them in an onLoad event.
