[2.33] New Connection button doesn't work

Might also affect CMUD?
1. Open TeSSH.
2. Cancel Sessions screen.
3. Click File, New Connection.
4. Select one from the drop-down (or presumably type in your own). It doesn't matter what the protocol is.
5. Press Connect.
6. The untitled window changes name but nothing else happens.
7. Click File and note that the Reconnect button is allowed, but Disconnect is greyed out.
8. Click Reconnect and note that there is still nothing happening.
9. Goto step 7 and repeat until you get bored!  |

Probably also effects CMUD, so I'll look into this and add it to the bug list.
