[2.32] Package Library slow update

I have now tested the new version. When starting with empty library and after pushing "Get Latest From Library" once the file has been downloaded it takes about 1 minute and 14 seconds for the library to complete processing the data. I actually think it might be slower than the previous version  .
Edit: The new layout in the library looks nice! |

Well, it wouldn't surprise me if it was a bit slower because SQLite 3 does a lot more stuff than SQLite 2. It would have been nice if it was faster, but I'm not too surprised.
Sure wish I knew why it was so slow on your computer. The full update takes about 10 seconds here. Maybe it's time to post info about your computer again? |

AMD Ahtlon 64 Processor, 3200+
2 ghz and 1 GB ram
Windows XP with SP3.
I'll try it on another computer tomorrow and see if I get similar result there. |
