[2.32] ctrl-tab no longer works

I used to be able to switch between CMUD windows with ctrl-tab. I just upgraded from 2.30 to 2.32, and ctrl-tab no longer seems to have any effect. I regularly use that key to switch between my main MUD window and my database window (cycling through the child windows on the way).

Yeah, I can confirm that. The Ctrl-Tab had some code in it that was supposed to only switch between "main" windows. In zMUD it would skip child windows. Now that child windows exist in CMUD, Ctrl-Tab is skipping those too. I'll add this to the bug list and take a look at it. In the meantime, try using Ctrl-N to move to the next window to see if it works any better.

Ctrl-N cycles through the child windows and then back to the main MUD window, but it doesn't ever change the focus to the separate database window (which I have positioned behind the main CMUD group of windows). I can assign #CMD DATABASE to a macro to change focus to the database window and bring it forward. When the focus is on the database window, I can then use Ctrl-Tab to move back to the main CMUD group.

can't you give the database window a taskbar icon and then use alt tab to cycle through the windows?
