About v2.32

Even though it's just Wednesday, I decided to go ahead with the 2.32 release. I was mainly waiting for confirmation from some users that an internal 2.31 version fixed some problems with duplicate variables. But with the crash in the Compatibility Report that was serious for some users, I decided to go ahead with the release today.

Maybe now I can get back to the mapper stuff? Maybe? Please???

The start of the mapper stuff involved the conversion from SQLite 2 to SQLite 3, which is why you'll find some of the databases in 2.32 already migrated to that version. The command database, help database, and package library have been converted.

As always, report bugs in separate threads. Hopefully I didn't cause any side-effects with any of the new bug fixes, but you never know.

(as always, I haven't updated the "Check for new version" info yet. I'll do that tomorrow after I see if there are any emergency fixes that need to be done).
