Fonts in windows other than the main window

Anyone know how to change the size on the fonts in these windows?
I already went through the font settings under preferences and changed them all to the size I
wanted but its not working in my capture windows.

Each window has it's own style preferences. You have to make sure that window is highlighted when you select preferences.
