Building a mud, how do I direct Zmud to my local drive

I am building a mud and would like to do some testing on it. Can I direct my Zmud to my local hard drive for this?
I have my ports set up already, and my local sever is running, it is the host address where I think I need to do this.
Any help would be appreciated as I bit off more than I can chew at the moment :)

Thank you very much, that worked. I was trying to define a path to the folder. Just 'localhost' worked fine
