[2.25] Annoying bug with databases

I have one database that I use, and I open it for the main window. However, if I close CMUD and restart it, the database seems to not know what window it opened up in last, and will open up in any one of my child windows. So, I close the erring database and open it up in my main window.

To make matters worse, however, when I close CMUD, the database will not only open for the first child window, but will seem to randomly select any of my OTHER child windows and open for that window, too! It's annoying - and when it does open with the title "Database for MainWindow," it doesn't connect properly, and I still have to shut that down and open it back up in order to use it properly. *sigh*

I guess I can see if it may be a corrupted layout issue (I don't think it is, but I guess anything is possible...) but I guess I want to see if anyone else can either replicate this or has experienced the same problem.

Erm, are you saying you've included the DB module window in your layout with an open database in it? Or that you open the session, wait for the layout stuff to complete, then use a menu/keyboard shortcut to open the DB module window, then use a DB module menu/shortcut/script command to open the correct DB?

Like the mapper, the database module was directly copied from zMUD and doesn't work well with the CMUD window docking system. The database is on the list for a rewrite after the mapper, but that will be a while. I'll add this to the bug list to see if it's something easy to fix in the meantime, but I can't promise the timescale.
