[2.25] Changing focus with Library open.

Sometimes, when you change the focus with the library open, the library stays on top of the new window. This is especially annoying if you've just clicked update after a fresh install, because it means the library is stuck on top of whatever you're trying to do and won't respond to you trying to move it out of the way. Here's a screenie.
