[2.21] #DEBUGFILE on Vista

If I use #DEBUGFILE without absolute paths, it tries to save the files to C:\Program Files\CMUDPro. On Vista, this presents a crash because you don't have permission to write to that directory. Should create the files in the data path, by default.

Just wanted to bump this a little to remind you that it still writes to Program Files in 2.25. (I'm just hoping/figuring that this should be a simple fix and maybe it was forgotten. Please don't shoot me!)

Hmm, I thought I had fixed that. I'll test it again and add it to the bug list.

It was working for the raw file (first file name), but not the second. Fixed for 2.26.
