[2.24]Close window does not close session window

This is after reinstalling CMUD 2.24 (the second release)
1)Start CMUD
2)Open an empty session
3)enter #var test hello
4)click on File->Close Window
The sessions window appears minimized but the session has not been closed.
5)Close sessions window
6)Open PE, numerous untitled packages are loaded and enabled.

My sessions window popped back up after a bit of window flickering and a brief pause. It does create a second untitled package, this has window visible ticked, the original untitled package has window visible unticked and you can see the test variable.

Happens to me even if I don't create the variable in step 3. Not sure when this happened...did this happen in 2.23? I think I found the bug, but from what I can tell it's been like this for a while.
